Información sobre las entradas para los Campeonatos del Mundo en Madrid 2018 / Information about the tickets to the World Championships in Madrid 2018.

De acuerdo con la información facilitada en el 1^er Boletín de los próximos Campeonatos del Mundo, que celebraremos en Madrid los próximos 6 a 11 de Noviembre, la venta de entradas comenzará el próximo 2 de abril a través del sistema online de una compañía multinacional especializada.

En referencia a ello y teniendo en cuenta que estos Campeonatos, están organizados directamente por la WKF, ofrecemos a las Federaciones Nacionales la posibilidad de adquirir con carácter de exclusividad el nº de entradas que deseen, en condiciones especiales respecto a la venta en general.

La fecha límite, para poder realizar esta adquisición de entradas exclusiva para las FNs, es el próximo 26 de marzo. A partir de esa fecha, las entradas únicamente podrán adquirirse por el sistema online general, al precio oficial y según la disponibilidad existente.

Las condiciones especiales, para las FNs, están referidas a tres conceptos básicos:

• Precio: 20€ de reducción respecto a los precios oficiales.
• Ubicación: La venta anticipada y exclusiva facilitará la opción de elegir la situación en el Wizink Center.
• Nº de entradas: No existe limitación en el nº de entradas adquiridas (en la venta general estará limitado a 6 entradas por cada operación de compra que se efectúe)

Los asientos en el Wizink Center están numerados, por lo cual las opciones de abono que existen, completo de 6 días o finales de 2 días, tendrán siempre la misma ubicación.

El proceso para realizar la adquisición exclusiva está reservado únicamente para las Federaciones Nacionales y se realizará siguiendo rigurosamente las indicaciones del formulario adjunto.

According to the information provided in the 1^st Bulletin for the upcoming World Championships, that will be held from the 6^th to the 11^th of November, the sale of the tickets will start next April 2^nd through the online system of a specialised multinational company.

To this regard and taking into account that these Championships are organised directly by the WKF, we offer to all National Federations the possibility of acquiring the number of tickets desired in exclusive under special conditions in respect to the general sale.

The deadline for this exclusive sale to the NFs will be next 26^th of March. From that date on, the purchase of the tickets will only be possible through the online system, with the official price and according to availability.

The special conditions for the NFs are subject to three main concepts:

• Price: 20€ discount on the official prices
• Location: The early and exclusive sale will facilitate the option to choose the location within the Wizink Center.
• Number of tickets: There is no limit on the number of tickets  (the general sale will be limited to 6 tickets per sale)

The seats on the WIzInk Center are numbered. Therefore, the package options: 6 days or 2 days finals, will always have the same location.

The process for the exclusive acquisition of the ticket is reserved only for the National Federations and it will be carried out strictly following the instructions on the attached form.
