JUNIOR LEFEVRE – BIOMECHANICS AND TACTIC OF GYAKU TSUKI – KARATE ALL STARS

Junior Lefevre Sensei teaching biomechanics and tactic of gyaku tsuki (逆突き, reverse punch) during “Karate All Stars “, the international seminar organized by Lucio Maurino’s Sportivart and held in Caserta . • shoulder movement;
• weight on the foot;
• lowering the center of mass position;
• hips rotation;
• WKF kumite rules and criteria (zanshin, distance);
• pressing and overwhelming the opponent;
• breathing;
• feints.
