ACTUALIZACIÓN DE STANDINGS DE KARATE 1-PREMIER LEAGUE DESPUÉS DE CUATRO EVENTOS

Después de cuatro torneos, la clasificación de la serie de competiciones internacionales de Karate muestra a los nombres más importantes del deporte en la parte superior de las diferentes categorías. Estrellas de Karate como Sandra Sanchez, Serap Ozcelik o Xiaoyan Yin se encuentran entre los karatekas que dominan el evento.

La competencia para dominar las diferentes categorías de Karate 1-Premier League es feroz, una vez que los primeros cuatro eventos del año se hayan completado. Cuatro Grand Winners actuales lideran la clasificación del evento internacional más grande de Karate, extendiendo así su mejor forma a esta temporada.

Xiaoyan Yin de China es uno de los karatekas que muestra un gran nivel esta temporada. El favorito de los fanáticos chinos ha ganado dos medallas de oro en tres apariciones en Karate 1-Premier League este año después de sus victorias en París y Dubai. El actual campeón asiático encabeza la categoría de Kumite Femenina -61kg con 300 puntos de ventaja sobre el prometedor joven karateka Gwendoline Philippe de Francia. Xiaoyan Yin terminó primero en el Karate 1-Premier League Paris y Dubai y ganó la plata en Rabat en un sobresaliente comienzo de temporada.

La estrella de Karate Sandra Sánchez de España es otra de las Grandes ganadoras que brilla esta temporada en Karate 1-Premier League. Después de reclamar medallas en todos los Karate 1-Premier League el año pasado, incluida la medalla de oro en Dubai, el líder del Ranking Mundial español ha obtenido premios en los cuatro eventos de la temporada, con victorias en Dubai y Rotterdam. El campeón defensor de Europa encabeza la clasificación de Kata Femenino seguido de la sorprendente Mo Sheung Grace Lau de Hong Kong.

Ayumi Uekusa de Japón fue la estrella más grande de la Karate 1-Premier League 2017. El as japonés dominó la categoría de Kumite Femenina + 68kg el año pasado con tres medallas de oro en cuatro apariciones. Esta temporada, después de un comienzo difícil en París, Uekusa ha ganado el oro en los eventos en Dubai y Rotterdam, así que para tomar el primer lugar en la clasificación de Karate 1-Premier League. La finlandesa Titta Keinanen ocupa la segunda posición con 210 puntos del campeón mundial japonés.

La turca Serap Ozcelik completa la lista de Grand Ganadores actuales en la cima de la clasificación de Karate 1-Premier League después de cuatro eventos. El medallista de bronce del Campeonato de Europa ha ganado tres medallas en cuatro apariciones este año, incluido el oro en Dubai. Uno de los competidores más premiados del Karate actual, Ozcelik supera a Miho Miyahara de Japón como líder de la categoría Kumite Femenina -50kg.

KARATEKAS TURCOS MOSTRANDO FUERZA

La 2018 Karate 1-Premier League también está siendo determinada hasta ahora por la impresionante demostración de karatekas turcos. Además del Gran Ganador Serap Ozcelik, otros tres representantes del país de Europa del Este están produciendo excelentes resultados esta temporada.

Eray Samdan brilla como uno de los atletas más prometedores en el escenario internacional. Con tan solo 21 años, el karateka turco se ha llevado dos medallas de oro esta temporada, en Rotterdam y Dubai, y lidera la categoría Male Kumite -60 kg. El gran ganador Sadriddin Saymatov de Uzbekistán ocupa el segundo lugar en la clasificación a 120 puntos de la sensación turca.

También llevando la bandera turca al primer puesto de la clasificación de la 1ª Premier de Karate, Burak Uygur ocupa el primer lugar en la categoría Male Kumite -67kg. El competidor de 23 años de edad representa a la prometedora nueva generación de karatekas turcos y ha obtenido dos medallas este año.

Ali Sofuoglu completa la lista de karatekas turcos en la parte superior cuando el joven atleta de 22 años encabeza la categoría Male Kata. El ganador de Karate 1-Premier League Rabat tiene solo 30 puntos de ventaja sobre el Gran Ganador Damian Quintero de España.

FERIA DE COMPETICIÓN EN TODAS LAS CATEGORÍAS

La búsqueda para llegar a la primera posición en el resto de las categorías es emocionante con pequeñas diferencias que deciden los líderes de la calificación. Tzu-Yun Wen, de Chinese Taipei, se lleva el primer puesto de Female Kumite -55kg, con Syakilla Salni, de Malasia, Jeffry Krishnan, con solo 30 puntos.

Treinta puntos también separan a los dos mejores karatekas en Female Kumite -68 kg. Alizee Agier de Francia está en el primer lugar, mientras que Miroslava Kopunova de Eslovaquia ocupa el segundo lugar en la clasificación. Mientras tanto, el representante francés Medhi Filali es el líder de Male Kumite + 84kg, manteniendo 30 puntos de ventaja sobre el alemán Jonathan Horne.

Con medallas en todos los eventos de este año, la superestrella Rafael Aghayev de Azerbaiyán encabeza la categoría Male Kumite -75kg. El cinco veces campeón del mundo ha obtenido el oro en Karate 1-Premier League en Dubai y Rabat y mantiene una cómoda diferencia de 1140 puntos sobre el japonés Ken Nishimura.

KARATE 1-PREMIER LEAGUE STANDINGS UPDATE AFTER FOUR EVENTS

Karate heroes are leading the quest to be proclaimed the best of the best of the 2018 Karate 1-Premier League. After four tournaments, the standings of Karate’s first-class series of international competitions show the biggest names in the sport on top of the different categories. Karate Stars such as Sandra Sanchez, Serap Ozcelik or Xiaoyan Yin are among the karatekas dominating the event. 

The competition to dominate the different categories of the Karate 1-Premier League is being fierce, once that the first four events of the year have been completed. Four current Grand Winners are leading the standings of Karate’s biggest international event thus extending their top form to this season.

China’s Xiaoyan Yin is one of the karatekas showcasing great level this season. The Chinese fan favourite has won two gold medals in three appearances in Karate 1-Premier League this year after her victories in Paris and Dubai. The current Asian champion tops the category of Female Kumite -61kg with 300 points lead over promising young karateka Gwendoline Philippe of France. Xiaoyan Yin finished first on the Karate 1-Premier League Paris and Dubai and won silver in Rabat in an outstanding start of the season.

Karate Star Sandra Sanchez of Spain is another of the Grand Winners shining this season in Karate 1-Premier League. After claiming medals in all the Karate 1-Premier League last year, including the gold medal in Dubai, the Spanish World Ranking leader has taken awards in all the four events of the season, with victories in Dubai and Rotterdam. The defending European champion tops the standings of Female Kata followed by surprising Mo Sheung Grace Lau of Hong Kong.

Ayumi Uekusa of Japan was the biggest star of the 2017 Karate 1-Premier League. The Japanese ace dominated the category of Female Kumite +68kg last year with three gold medals in four appearances. This season, after a rocky start in Paris, Uekusa has won gold in the events in Dubai and Rotterdam, so to take the first place in the Karate 1-Premier League standings. Finland’s Titta Keinanen is in the second position at 210 points of the Japanese World champion.

Turkey’s Serap Ozcelik completes the list of current Grand Winners on top of the Karate 1-Premier League standings after four events. The European Championships bronze medallist has won three medals in four appearances this year including the gold in Dubai. One of the most awarded competitors of today’s Karate, Ozcelik edges Japan’s Miho Miyahara as leader of the Female Kumite -50kg category.

TURKISH KARATEKAS SHOWING STRENGTH

The 2018 Karate 1-Premier League is also being determined thus far by the impressive demonstration of Turkish karatekas. In addition to Grand Winner Serap Ozcelik, three other representatives of the Eastern European country are producing outstanding results this season.

Eray Samdan is shining as one of the most promising athletes on the international stage. At only 21-years-old, the Turkish karateka has taken two gold medals this season, in Rotterdam and Dubai, and leads the Male Kumite -60kg category. FIERCE COMPETITION IN ALL THE CATEGORIES 

The quest to reach the top position in the rest of the categories is thrilling with minor differences deciding the leaders of the qualification. Chinese Taipei’s Tzu-Yun Wen takes the first place of Female Kumite -55kg, with Malaysia’s Syakilla Salni Jeffry Krishnan trailing at only 30 points.

Thirty points also separate the two top-ranked karatekas in Female Kumite -68kg.
