Japón organizará por primera vez en su historia un WKF Premier League y decidió ser el anfitrión en el lugar de nacimiento del Karate, Okinawa.
Toda la familia Karate ha estado esperando durante mucho tiempo, y será más que dispuestos a explorar las raíces de nuestro arte marcial en esta ocasión.
Como prueba de las altas expectativas, casi 350 participantes se han inscrito ya, un récord para una primera edición Karate 1. Aún más significativo es que los atletas de 65 naciones tomarán parte de la competencia y la voluntad, porque la mayoría de ellos, descubrir el país de karate por primera vez.
Además, este evento Premier League en Okinawa llega sólo dos meses antes de los Campeonatos del Mundo Senior en Bremen, Alemania, y entonces representar una competencia importante para algunos equipos nacionales, como Japón, Turquía, Francia, … que estarán representadas por algunas de sus mejores competidores. Podemos esperar un alto nivel de karate durante toda la competencia.
El concurso se abrirá en Okinawa el 30 de agosto de 2014 Lugar de celebración será el Salón de la Prefectura de Artes Marciales de Okinawa.
Japan will organise for the first time in its history a WKF Premier League and decided to host it in the birthplace of Karate, Okinawa.
The whole Karate family has been expecting it for a long time, and will be more than keen to explore the roots of our Martial art at this occasion.
As a proof of the high expectations, almost 350 participants have already registered, a record for a first Karate 1 edition. Even more significant is that athletes from 65 nations will take part of the competition and will, for most of them, discover the country of karate for the first time.
Additionally, this Premier League event in Okinawa comes only two months before the World Senior Championships in Bremen, Germany, and will then represent an important competition for some national teams, such as Japan, Turkey, France, … that will be represented by some of their best competitors. We can expect a high level of karate during all the competition.
The Competition will open in Okinawa on August 30, 2014. The Venue will be the Okinawa Prefectural Hall of Martial Arts.
